Use any mobile banking app or wallet in Nepal. You can scan our Fonepay QR, or choose your bank or wallet from the Checkout by Fonepay list.
If your chosen bank or wallet app isn’t available right now, go back and choose another bank or wallet from the list, then continue.
- 1Scan the QR, or choose Checkout by FonepayScan the Fonepay QR with any mobile banking app or wallet, or select Checkout by Fonepay and then “Pay via Mobile Banking App”.
- 2Pick your bank or walletSearch the list and select your bank or digital wallet. You are taken straight to that app.
- 3Review the paymentCheck the merchant and the amount shown inside your own banking app, and choose the account to pay from.
- 4Confirm with your PIN or biometricsApprove the payment in your app. Your PIN or fingerprint stays with your bank or wallet.
- 5See the resultThe payment status appears after approval. If the page is still waiting, use Check status.

Which banks and wallets can I pay with in Nepal?
Any mobile banking app or wallet on the Fonepay network. Scan our Fonepay QR with the app you already use, or choose Checkout by Fonepay and search for your bank or wallet in the list. eSewa and other wallets can be used the same way.
Can I pay from India?
Yes. Clients in India pay directly with their own UPI app. Scan the UPI QR we provide for your invoice, or pay to the UPI details our team shares, then approve the payment with your UPI PIN.
Do I need to install anything or create a new account?
No. You use the banking, wallet, or UPI app you already have on your phone.
Does Oneemail see my PIN or banking password?
No. You review and approve the payment inside your own banking, wallet, or UPI app. We never ask for your PIN, password, or private keys, and you should not share them with anyone.
My bank or wallet app is not available. What should I do?
Go back to the list and choose another bank or wallet, or try again in a moment. If you are still stuck, message our team and we will help you complete the payment another way.
How much will I pay, and where is my invoice?
Prices are in Nepali rupees. Taxes and add-ons are extra, and your quote or invoice shows the exact amount. Billing details and invoices are handled in your organization dashboard.
